Since 1957, A.R. Jeffery Ltd. has been building smart plazas in strategic locations and occupying them with the right mix of tenants. We are committed to developing successful tenants.
Jeffery plazas are located in prime retail areas providing our tenants with greater access to a broader consumer base in the Durham Region. Major tenants such as No Frills, Scotiabank, Dairy Queen, Rogers, The Royal Bank, etc. anchor our plazas.
We have nine sites in Whitby, Oshawa and Clarington. Seven sites are a one- storey retail and services and two sites have offices on the second floor. Each site is very high profile with a surplus of parking.
Our properties are well-maintained and well-managed with day-to-day hands-on management. Our management office is on site. Our rents are reasonable and competitive with like properties in the Durham Region.
